Call to Order
Brad
Krivohlavek, President, called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
and stated that the Open Meetings Act was posted on the
wall.

Declaration of a Legal Meeting
President
Krivohlavek declared a legal meeting of the Board of
Education. A copy of the agenda is available at the desk of
the recording secretary.

Reports and Discussion Items
3.1.
Sunny Meadow School
Susan
Fisher and Tammy Young addressed the board regarding Sunny Meadow
and the recommendation to close the school. Dr. Uhing, the
board, and other administrators responded to their questions and
concerns.
3.2.
Shaping the Future Recommendations
Superintendent
Uhing presented plans and proposals to meet the Shaping the Future
recommendations. The board then discussed transition plans
for the Sunny Meadow students if the board approved the closing of
Sunny Meadow School.
