Notice -- Notice of the public
hearing was posted on the doors of the Norfolk Public Schools
Administration Office and on the door of the City Council Chambers,
309 Madison Avenue. The hearing was held on Thursday, April
10, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration
Office, 512 Philip Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska.
Legal Meeting – Brad Krivohlavek, President, called
the hearing to order at 5:30 p.m. and declared a legal meeting of
the Board of Education. Members present: Brad
Krivohlavek, Clark Froehlich, Alfredo Ramirez, Julee Pfeil, and
Paul Cazabon. Absent: Jane McDaniel. Also present
were Superintendent Marlene Uhing.
5:30 Public Heaing
The board
reviewed the record and heard new evidence.
At approximately 7:05 p.m. President Krivohlavek declared the
hearing adjourned.
