YES, THERE’S TIME FOR
SCIENCE!

SCIENCE IN KINDERGARTEN

Kindergarten students will increase their knowledge of science through literature and hands-on science centers. Topics that will be studied include: weather, seasons, plants, and animals. Students will listen to fiction and non-fiction books read by the teacher to initiate discussion during daily story time. They will gain hands-on experience by completing activities at the centers. Funds from this grant will purchase materials needed for the hands-on learning experiences.
